War merit cross 1st class by C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim. Zink construction with soldered on screwback cilinder and anti-rotation device pin. Complete with original and matching screw. Maker marked with the LDO code of Zimmermann "L/52" on the reverse. Very good, mint condition with all silver quality paint intact. The obverse is covered with a nice overal patina which we prefer NOT to clean. No repairs, no damage.
