Paratrooper grouping to Heinrich Schnadt, member of the most famout Fallschirmjäger Regiment 1. Paratrooper badge by IMME Berlin. Nickel silver constructed wreath with riveted tombak eagle. Unmarked, very rare early IMME variant!! Worn condition with a very good look, engraved/scratched with the initials of Schnadt. Catch periodly repaired. The badge comes with the original FJR1 stamped DRL sport badge award document booklet showing a photo of Schnadt. With the group there are 141 period photos. Plenty of rare photos showing the FJ equipment, helmets, guns,... in wear. Photos starting from the RAD service, later as Field unit in Russia. Very nice photos with the MP40 in wear and grenades behind the belt. Some beautiful training photos in full jump smock, droppings, captured allied tanks (the famous "Beutepanzer"), POW's,...
