NSJV (Socialistische Jeugd in Vlaanderen) arm patch. Wool patchs with emrbroidered eagle. Marked with "D" on the reverse. Good condition, worn piece that came off the uniform. No repairs, no damage. 

Very uncommon piece of Flemish collaboration insignia. This particular example features metal wire and is the first in its kind I have seen.
