Kriegsmarine u-boat badge by B.H. Mayer, Pforzheim. Zink construction with soldered on set up. Maker marked on the reverse with the LDO code of Mayer "L/18"/. Probably a name was written on the reverse. Very good condition with normal signs of age. No repairs, no damage. 

Very nice and rarer LDO marked "L/18"!
