General assault badge in silver 25 assaults by Josef Feix, Gablonz. Copper coated constructed wreath with riveted copper coated zinc eagle. Maker marked with the "JFS" logo on the reverse of the wreath. Excellent condition with beautiful untouched patina. Aluminium rivets in top condition and nicely tight. No repairs, no damage. 

Clearly a very early example of Feix with a VERY high quality copper coated finish. Very hard to find!!!
