Wehrpass to Feldwebel Georg Lösch member of the Infanterie Regiment 386, as part of the 218. Infanterie-Division that was stuck in the Cholm pocket during 1942 and 1943. Next to the wound badge in silver, EKII, Ostfront medal and later Infantry assault badge, Lösch was one of the rare recipients of the Cholm shield which was awarded to him on 31/10/1942, most likely in the hospital. During the start of the Cholm encirclement Lösch got heavily wounded in action (immediate silver grade of the wound badge!) and was probably moved back to Germany through a medical air bridge. Later in 1944 he was military discharged as result of the enjury.

Ultra rare Wehrpass to a Cholm shield reciepient.
