Set of army shoulder boards, Oberstleutnant/Lieutenant colonel, black piping (Pioniere). So-called "Sew-in" type with tombac rank pips. Very good, worn condition. Black wool base with subdued silver embroidered tab. No repairs, no damage. 

High ranking pioniere/engineer shoulder boards are only seldomly encountered!
