Panzer assault badge in silver 25 assaults by Josef Feix, Gablonz. Copper coated zinc constructed wreath with riveted zinc eagle. Unmarked, typical early production of JFS with fully intact paws and copper undercoating. Very good, light worn condition with minor signs of age. Aluminium rivets in top condition and nicely tight. The wreath shows a hairline crack at the right hand side, just above the tank's hull. This crack is production process related while riveting the panzer to the wreath. No repairs, no damage.

This beautiful early make from JFS features a quality copper coating that preserved the silver finish very well.

Despite of the little crack, a true, battle worn and VERY attractive example.
