Luftwaffe airgunner by F.A. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Buntmetall wreath with riveted tombac eagle and soldered on set up. Maker marked on the reverse with the Assmann maker mark "A". Very unusual early factory make without bolts!! Excellent condition with very light patina. No repairs, no damage.

While later war airgunner badges are commonly found, early pieces without the bolts (factory made and not cut off) are extremely hard to find.
