Soldbuch to Gefr. Rudolf Gärlich, member of Pz. Gren. Rgt 111 as part of the 11. Panzer Division. Awarded with the PAB bronze and iron cross 2nd class. At the final months of the war in 1945 transfered to Grenadier Regiment 169 as part of the 68. Infanterie-Division. Gärlich was wounded in action on 29.4.1945 in the Mähren-Jägerndorf area before his surrender to the Red Army.
