Wehrpass to Karl Polak, Flieger and technical weapon expert within Schlachtgeschwader 4, first with the Stab and later with the 3. Staffel. Polak operated in Italy: Sardinia, Sicily, then the Soviet Union and end of 1944 begin 1945 at the Western Front, Aachen In Germany were S.G.4 operated for the "Ardennen Offensive" or Battle of the Bulge.
