Iron cross 2nd class award document to Gefr. W. Nees, Gren. Rgt 203 as part of the 76 Infanterie Division. Hand signed by General der Infanterie Erich Abraham. 

The Grenadier Regiment 203 and so the complete 76. IR Division stayed in Stalingrad untill the bitter end, they were tehn sent to North Italy in 1943 and in december towards the Kriwoi-Rog offensive.
