Soldbuch to Hans Kraiczier, member of Schützen Regiment 10, which later became Panzer Grenadier Regiment 10 as part of the 9. Pz. Division. He was awarded with the EK2, Eastern front campaign medal, Driver badge in bronze, Panzer assault badge bronze and later with the War merit cross 2nd class with swords. He was taken POW and remained in a French POW camp. 

Soldbuch itself in very good condition, well filled out with photo of Kraiczier wearing his EK2 ribbon on the chest and eatern front ribbon bar above the breast pocket. All pages intact. Cover can be removed, no denazification. The Soldbuch comes with the driver license class 2 and 3 and later expanded to half tracks up to 10 tons and a POW letter written from France.

Kraiczier was part of the 9. Panzer-Division that was mainly active at the Eastern front but transfered to the Western front during the Spring of 1944. The 9. Panzer-Division was send to Normandy in August 1944 and draw back through Belgian to Aachen and was than placed in Arnhem again. From 15 November till 4 December 1944 the Divison was in combat in Geilenkirchen.  It was later sent to the Ardennen-Offensive or Battle of the Bulge. were they fought in the area of Rochefort, Donchamps and Longchamps. 24. February till 4 March 1945 the Division fought ober the Erft-Abschnitt, Erkelenz and the Artilleriy positions. Im the battle of Cologne it fought from house to house inside of the city.
